Outrider Energy Corp. Announces $112,500 Financing

Vancouver, British Columbia – Outrider Energy Corp. (CSE: MCF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it intends to conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.1125 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $112,500 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one transferable share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant is exercisable into one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a period of five years from the closing date of the Offering.

The common shares and Warrants underlying the Units and any common shares acquired on exercise of the Warrants will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of the issuance.

The proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital.
